As Highland Cleaners' assistant plant manager, David learned the ropes from our plant manager, Don Coffey. "We keep the cleanest solvent," he noted. "We have soap representatives check our solvent and they tell us that we have the cleanest solvent around." David's commitment to perfection and a keen desire to maintain and even exceed our high standards inspire him to keep our dry cleaning solvent in tip-top condition. He also keeps our presses, boilers and other equipment running smoothly. David has made many contributions to our continuing strive for perfection. "We have a lot to live up to, a reputation of being the best," he said. "I feel it is my responsibility to maintain the standards, keeping the solvent, the presses, and everything in top-notch condition." He speaks highly of his co-workers. "We've got a base of people who have been here for years," said David. "We can all pull together in a pinch and get things done. We care about the company and have good feelings about each other." |
