STORE MANAGER For the last eight years Lois Rausch has been delighting customers at our Lexington Road location and considers her customers extended family. “You hear about their children and grandchildren,” she said, “and they come over to say “hi” when they see me in a restaurant or at the mall.” Lois knows that our customers appreciate how dedicated we are to making sure every piece of clothing is done right. If it’s not, then we do whatever we have to in order to make it right. “That’s how you treat family,” she said.
