SUSAN STRUCK - OFFICE MANAGER

Susan Struck loves to be organized.  As office manager for Highland Cleaners, it's a good thing, too.  She oversees all of the operations of our office, ensuring that each facet runs smoothly.  Susan started with Highland Cleaners in Accounts Receivable and was promoted to office manager in January 2000.  She brings a great deal of professionalism and congeniality to the staff. Susan says that she likes all aspects of her job.  "I get to do a variety of everything and everything is different. My favorite part of the job is the feeling of accomplishment at the day's end.  We have a good staff and a good system here."  She says that the procedures behind dry cleaning are interesting to her.  "It's a very complicated and impressive system."  And even though she is in the office and doesn't see many customers face-to-face, she does talk to some on the phone, since part of her job still involves her with A/R. "I like dealing with people," she said.  "I enjoy working with customers and helping them resolve their statements."
