Employee Listings / Vivian Marchand VIVIAN MARCHAND - DRY CLEANING MANAGER An expert in the behind-the-scenes world of the dry cleaning business, Vivian Marchand has worked in the industry for over 35 years and with Highland Cleaners for over 15 years. Her official title is Dry Cleaning Manager in charge of the Dry Cleaning Silk Department. But in reality, Vivian is involved in almost every aspect of the magic that happens to your clothes while at Highland Cleaners. Because, in addition to the silk department, Vivian oversees the Household Department, which includes items such as drapes, bedspreads, and tablecloths, to name a few, and the Assembling Department, where each garment is sent to its specific area, whether it is a dress, or slacks, or shirt. Vivian says that she enjoys everything about her job, even the hectic pace: "I enjoy the challenge itself...to get all of the work done properly, according to our customers' expectations of high quality." |
